Steve Missen
Steve is the Managing Director of Monahans Financial Services Limited. He started his career in the financial services industry in 1979 and after a brief spell with an insurance company, joined Lionel Dove and helped set up the forerunner of the current business. In 1986 he was made a Partner of Dove which subsequently in 1999 became part of the Monahans group.
Steve is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and also holds the title of Chartered Insurance Practitioner with the Chartered Insurance Institute. Steve is also a member of the Executive Board of Monahans Chartered Accountants.
Steve is married with two young children. He is working on the final throes of renovating their Victorian house, which has been rather ongoing!

Mervyn Osman
Mervyn entered the world of Financial Services in 1979. He was Managing Director of Kallender Jeffries Financial Services before joining Monahans Financial Services in 2001, following the merger of the two firms.
Mervyn is married, is a keen golfer and lists music, fine food and wine amongst his interests.

Roger Perry
Roger worked as a Broker Consultant with NPI & Clerical Medical from 1985 before joining Monahans Financial Services in November 1999.
Roger is a Member of the Personal Finance Society, and is married to Gill, who is also a member of the administration team. Their spare time is taken up entirely with football due to having 2 sons. This is not a problem (only maybe for Gill) as Roger is also a fanatical Southampton supporter.

Anthony Cohen
A Partner in Monahans since 1977, Tony has been a Director of Monahans Financial Services since its formation in 1999. Tony is acknowledged as a leading Tax Planning specialist with a particular leaning towards capital taxes and trusts.
He is a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and is a specialist in dealing with Lloyds Underwriters and Farmers.
Tony is married with 2 sons and his many interests include classic cars, classical music, theatre and travel.
Harry Hilliard
Harry joined the Monahans Group in 1979, becoming a Director of Monahans Financial Services in 1999.
Harry is interested in travel, restaurants, wine and books and is married with 2 children. He still plays football and tennis and enjoys watching sports of all kinds.
