We are looking to appoint an energetic, experienced, and highly commercial Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success. This is a newly established role to drive Monahans business development strategy across the south-west.
Alongside the Marketing team at Trowbridge, the Business Development Manager will take a lead in developing and executing Monahans business development growth strategy. Working with key stakeholders to support and direct teams to deliver the strategy across our seven offices, there will be a focus on new client generation, specific targeting of potential clients, and capitalisation on new growth areas and initiatives.
With the imminent implementation of a CRM system, the Business Development Manager will provide focus to Monahans business development activities by utilising the system’s targeting, monitoring and reporting functions.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with previous experience in a professional services environment, possess drive and determination, excellent communication skills, and be able to influence others whilst building strong relationships.
