Head of Payroll

Due to continued growth in the Payroll Department, MHA Monahans are looking for a person to join our Swindon team as our Head of Payroll.

The successful candidate will manage and develop the payroll department, provide clients with access to professional payroll and related services.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who can delegate work to members of the team, assist and resolve technical problems as it arises, motivate and update the team members with new processes/legislation.  

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent, at least five years’ experience in providing bureau-based payroll services for a wide range of clients and is expected to undertake relevant training and development as well as able to maintain a personal CPD record as required by the institute or to meet the firm’s obligations under Practice Assurance.

The role is client and team focused so excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure is essential.
