A brief introduction
As HR Business Partner for MHA Monahans, I cover a wide spectrum of HR generalist activities across the business including, Recruitment, Learning and development, Reward and Employee Relations.
Striving to add value through effective people management and development enables MHA Monahans to recruit, develop and retain professional talented staff. This makes my role dynamic and challenging whilst equally rewarding.
My experience as a HR professional over 12 years has been gained from working in both the UK and Australia, across various sectors and industries. This includes working for Not For Profit and global multinational organisations. I have accomplished a BA Hons Business Studies degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling and participating in most fitness activities.
