A brief introduction
I am responsible for the provision of operational HR support and advice for the Monahans practice.
My experience as a HR professional over 9 years has been gained from working in both the UK and Australia, across various sectors and industries. This includes working for Not For Profit and global multinational organisations.
As HR Advisor for Monahans I cover a wide spectrum of HR generalist activities across the business including, Recruitment, Learning and development, Reward and Employee Relations. Striving to add value through effective people management and development enables Monahans to recruit, develop and retain professional talented staff. This makes my role dynamic and challenging whilst equally rewarding.
