Monahans Charity Team
At Monahans we have two Partners heading up the Charity team. Both have been awarded a Diploma in Charity Accounting by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
The award is the gold standard in this sector which very few people have achieved. It recognises the knowledge and experience they have to make a real difference to our charity clients, through an in depth understanding of the specialist accounting and financial needs of these organisations.
To achieve the qualification, they had to demonstrate their expertise in a wide range of issues affecting charities such as strategy & governance, resource management and fundraising as well as accounting and taxation.
Linda Boss
Based in our Trowbridge office, as well as specialising in Charity accounting, Linda is responsible for general Audit quality across Monahans. Linda advises a large number of charities including St John's Hospital, Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and Bath Institute For Rheumatic Diseases.
She regularly gives presentations and writes news articles on issues affecting charities.

Steve Fraser
Based in our Swindon office, Steve looks after a large number of significant Charities including Bible Society, Prospect Hospice Limited and White Horse Care Trust.
He also has a particular expertise in Information Technology, being responsible for Monahans IT systems, and is able to combine this knowledge with accountancy skills to really benefit his Charity clients.
