The Legal Services Act will have a major impact on legal firms and we are already seeing some changes with legal disciplinary practices allowable since 2009. It cannot be ignored and you must be prepared for the changes it will bring.
Within a short space of time the legal profession is likely to radically change and perhaps become polarised between the professional supermarket model and the niche service lead team.
