Case Study - Acquisition
Our client was looking to diversify a core business providing armoured security barriers to banks and other civilian customers. Taking the lead, our role was to assist in the acquisition of a military armour plating business.
We helped to negotiate the transaction from start to Heads of Terms, we helped raise the required finance and instruct lawyers.
The outcome was a successful acquisition and represented significant growth for this ambitious client.
Case Study - Management Buy-out
We were lead advisor in all areas of this MBO of one of the UK's leading manufacturers of refrigerated box bodies and specialist transporters for the food haulage industry.
Working closely with the management team, we negotiated the deal, structured and arranged the unsecured bank finance and in doing so, secured the future for over 80 employees.
