Corporate Finance Senior (Bath/Swindon)
You will be involved in the valuation of businesses and compiling reports, working with clients regarding acquisitions including due diligence activity and determining if financial assistance is an issue, supporting business sales and exits, as well as various ad-hoc projects and involvement in business development through networking and marketing activities.
Accounting Technician (Trowbridge)
You will be involved in preparing annual accounts, completing basic tax computations and preparing tax returns, and maintaining productive relationships with clients, the tax office and registrar of companies working to specific deadlines.
A role with variety and opportunity, it is likely that you will have at least 2 years accountancy experience preferably gained in a practice environment and be qualified to AAT standard or beyond. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Tax Technician - Part Time (Swindon)
An excellent opportunity to manage a varied personal tax portfolio, building client relationships to ensure that you can accruately compute their tax return, advising them on what tax payments are due and assisting with any queries. You will also work with the Inland Revenue dealing with any questions that arise.
To be successful in this role it is likely that you will be ATT qualified with 12 to 18 months post-qualification experience, however we will consider offering the position on a training basis for the right candidate.
The role is for 20 hours per week and we are prepared to discuss how these can be worked across the week.
