This area is by far the largest in terms of number of cases.

If a person is involved in an accident in a car or at work, or suffers medical negligence then he/she might pursue a civil claim for lost earnings and sometimes pension rights.

Case Study - Loss of Earnings Evaluation

A Paramedic was treating a patient in the back of a parked ambulance when someone drove into the back of the ambulance.

The paramedic was thrown around the back of the ambulance by the impact and suffered back injuries which preventing him lifting patients.

He retired from the NHS on ill health grounds and we evaluated his lost earnings and pension.
