Meet The Team
Monahans Business Recovery & Insolvency Team is headed up by Paul McConnell.
Paul is our Insolvency Partner and has hands on experience of every insolvency and rescue procedure. He has 25 years experience in helping small businesses, from architects to zoos, address difficult issues. Paul, based at Swindon, helps those in difficulty:
- Identify and focus on the critical areas.
- Take difficult decisions.
- Manage change under pressure.
- Make effective use of current legislation to save a business where possible, or manage the process to minimise damage.
