Case Study - Business Sale

We facilitated the sale of a specialist software business in the property sector.  This was not an easy sale to make due to its niche nature and, hence, small number of potential purchasers.

Due to serious ill health the vendor needed to sell very quickly to avoid deterioration in the value of his company.  We were able to negotiate the deal and instruct solicitors with the whole process completed within a very tight timetable.  This was achieved through proactive involvement and pressing the deal forward at every stage.
