Our highly qualified and experienced team of payroll specialists provide a first class payroll service and will work with you to understand your particular requirements. They will provide you with a service that will free up your time, save you money, ensure you stay on the right side of the law and provide you with reports so that you really understand what is happening with your staff.  

We are a BACS Approved Bureau, having already satisfied the rigorous BACS inspection procedures and we process in excess of £4 million in net payments per month.

If you are a BACS user, we are also able to transmit payment of your PAYE/NIC, Subcontractor and Student Loan deductions via BACS submission to the Collector of Taxes.

You Choose The Payroll Service To Suit You

We have three different service options which you can choose from: Gold, Silver and Bronze.  These offer a variety of services from a simple payment by cheque with limited reporting, to payment by BACS with a wide choice of reports available and electronic transfer of data and reports.  We can provide:

• Weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly payroll runs. 
• Calculations of SSP and SMP. 
• Comprehensive but easily understood reports. 
• Payslips, P45's and monthly PAYE advice schedules. 
• End of year reports for the Inland Revenue and Contributions Agency.
• We are able to undertake health checks for organisations operating their own payroll.

We can perform detailed checks on your payroll practices and records to ensure that all is operating correctly and recommend improvements where appropriate. This not only gives you peace of mind and increased efficiency, but can also highlight problems before the Contributions Agency or Inland Revenue visit.

We also offer training, either of a general nature or tailor made to your specific requirements. Such courses can be held at your offices, or our own premises.
