Fiona Westwood
My role is to act as auditor and business advisor to a wide variety of businesses. I work with Boards and business owners providing proactive, pragmatic advice to help achieve their ambitions.
I have a particular focus on owner-managed businesses, professional practices and not for profit organisations.
My background
I joined Monahans in 2021 having spent over 17 years at one of the Big Four accountancy firms and more recently 4 years at a top 10 firm.
My experience includes working with family and international businesses, large and small.
I have significant expertise in providing financial performance and strategic advice to professional businesses regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
I hold the Diploma in Charity Accounting, led the National Charity technical team when I was at the Big Four firm and have worked as auditor and advisor to many charities that are household names.
I volunteer as Trustee and Chair of the Finance & Performance Committee of the national charity Sustrans and am Chair of Governors at a primary school, giving me first-hand Board experience.
When I’m not travelling with my family, I enjoy reading, cooking and gardening.
