I also assist with the day to day running of the office and everything that might entail including post, procedures, training, meeting client’s that visit the office, and speaking to clients and product providers on the telephone.
I ensure all our back office information is completely up to date and track through all new business from start to finish for our clients.
I have worked in the financial industry since 1979. Initially with a Building Society for 20 years in various roles from Cashier to Office Manager.
I have since worked for Independent Financial Advisors for over 15 years, the last 9 years here.
My roles during this time have mainly been client service orientated.
I have Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 & 3 which greatly enables my understanding and knowledge of products within the industry.
