Jonathan Newbound
I am a charities and not-for-profit manager at Monahans.
My principal role is to help our charity, academy school, pension schemes, and registered social landlord clients in meeting their statutory requirements.
I now have over 10 years’ experience in Practice, and enjoy using that understanding of the complexities that charities and other not-for-profit clients face, including preparing SORP compliant accounts, to assist our clients.
I love to develop my expertise, so I can continue to help our clients more, and in January 2019 I obtained the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting.
My background
I joined Monahans in 2010, and around that time I qualified as a member of the ACCA.
Since then, I have built on my specialism, working with not-for-profit clients such as charities and academies.
In my spare time I am a season ticket holder at Bath Rugby. I also enjoy spending time at National Trust properties, when there isn’t a rugby game on.
