Karen Pocock

I am a manager at Monahans, specialising in Rural Businesses and Landed Estates.

My role is to ensure that our clients’ accounting and tax affairs are accurate and up-to-date, whilst advising them about capital tax and other business issues.

I love the variety of clients that I am able to work with from within the rural industry. Each one has their own specific challenges, and I’m able to use my expertise and knowledge to help them with their particular financial and tax planning requirements.

My background

I trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010 with a large Swindon based accountancy firm, before joining Monahans.

I also have experience from working in a small practice, where I built up a broad range of skills in audit, accounts and taxation.

I love spending time with friends and family, and particularly enjoy long walks in the great outdoors.
