Ellie McQuade

I am the Technical Learning and Development Manager, responsible for the training progression of our Associates on their journey to becoming qualified Accountants. I also look after a small portfolio of Audit and Accounts clients, having built up experience with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.

I support our Associates so they can reach their full potential and enjoy inspiring the next generation of Accountants. I work closely with our HR team to manage and co-ordinate training needs between the business, our Associates and our learning providers.

My background

I joined Monahans initially in 2017 as a trainee after graduating with a first-class honours degree in BSc Accounting from Swansea University. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020 after completing my ACA exams. I briefly worked in Internal Audit for a high net worth family in 2021, before re-joining Monahans in my current role.

I am part of the committee for Swindon Young Professionals (SYP), and enjoy travelling in my spare time.
