I joined Monahans in November 2021 as HR Manager and am responsible for leading the internal HR team at Monahans. My focus is to ensure that we provide high quality advice and guidance for our Managers and employees, continuously look to improve our people processes and systems & actively drive our People agenda forward.

My passion is ensuring that we attract and recruit high quality talent into the business, that we provide the right environment and development opportunities for our people to grow and that we provide a stimulating and engaging culture that motivates and rewards our people so they are the best they can be

My background

I have over 20 years’ experience in Senior Leadership positions across FMCG, Manufacturing and Distribution & Logistics sectors where I have been responsible for heading up the HR team and for creating and delivering commercially focused People strategies.

Outside of work, I like to keep active and spend a lot of time walking, practicing yoga and having fun adventures with my young family.
