Licencing
Work undertaken under insolvency appointments is subject to insolvency law and regulation, Court practice notes and Statements of Insolvency Practice. Partners and directors appointed as insolvency practitioners are licensed to act in the United Kingdom by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants or the Insolvency Practitioners Association.

Steve Elliott is licensed to act as an insolvency practitioner in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA).
