Corporate Finance Senior
A brief introduction
As a Corporate Finance Manager, I’m responsible for providing support to business owners with the aim of creating, preserving or extracting value from their business. This can take a variety of forms and includes providing a range of services associated with acquiring and selling companies, including the planning process, company share valuations, due diligence and financing.
The specialist nature of the role has enabled me to gain valuable experience and I focus on helping clients with their options and guiding them through the process, removing stress and enabling them to concentrate on running their business.
My background is in corporate banking and I joined MHA Monahans in 2008. I now use my analytical and financial skills in a different context, speaking to and building relationships with a wide variety of business owners, each with different issues and challenges to face.
In my spare time I like to keep fit through Pilates and walking and am taking lessons in ballroom and latin dancing.

We were keen to secure the support of advisers we knew and trusted, understood owner managed businesses, and critically who knew the Agency when launching into the transaction process. MHA Monahans has been Design Bridge’s auditor for many years and combined forces seamlessly with MHA MacIntyre Hudson’s transactions team. Together they really grasped the detail of the transaction and provided invaluable support and advice to assist the shareholders to maximise deal value, along side our legal team at Humphries Kirk and our lead advisory team at Lazard & Co.
