A brief introduction
My role at MHA Monahans is to provide professional and personal HR services to small business owners and their senior teams. My aim is to take away the worry of managing people, by providing advice, guidance and templates for day to day operational HR activities, as well as support with HR projects, such as restructuring, organisational development, recruitment and training.
I can work with clients on a retained basis, or on an ad-hoc consultancy basis.
After University, I began my career in Retail Management, where I gained a good grasp of the importance of providing excellent customer service. I quickly realised my passion for the people element of management and have been working in HR generalist roles ever since. I have industry experience in various fields including IT, Local Government, Finance and Manufacturing.
In my HR consultancy role, I am able to manage several complex projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines. I am commercially aware, results oriented and committed to providing high quality HR standards.
