I’m responsible for the HR needs of all MHA Monahans colleagues, and this includes our working culture. I am highly motivated to make sure that we get the right values, ethics, and vision in place, to create a working environment in which employees can thrive and achieve success.

I ensure our people practices are focussed on creating a great working environment, enabling all our colleagues to thrive and grow, ultimately delivering a first class service for our clients.

I ensure that we have the right people in place to support the continued growth and success of the firm, providing innovative and leading edge solutions in a broad range of expertise.

I lead our external HR consultancy, providing commercial, tailored and pragmatic people solutions for SMEs.

My background

I have built my career within HR, working in both a generalist and specialist capacity.

I’ve held a variety of HR leadership roles, working with Board and Operational Executive teams in a variety of industry sectors in organisations of varying sizes.

I’m also a qualified Executive Coach and Business Mentor, having graduated with a MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.

Outside work, I love to spend my free time with my two teenage boys and my dog. I am passionate about travelling, reading, walking and food!
