I’m responsible for the HR needs of all MHA Monahans colleagues, and this includes our working culture. I am highly motivated to make sure that we get the right values, ethics, and vision in place, to create a working environment in which employees can thrive and achieve success.
I also lead our external consultancy practices for Health & Safety and HR, which means that I offer solutions to a range of clients.
I'm a member of the Executive Team, helping to shape and lead the strategic direction of MHA Monahans into the future.
I have built my career within HR, working in both a generalist and specialist capacity.
I’ve held a variety of HR leadership roles, working with Board and Operational Executive teams in a variety of industry sectors in organisations of varying sizes.
I’m also a qualified Executive Coach and Business Mentor, having graduated with a MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
Outside work, I love to spend my free time with my two teenage boys and my dog. I am passionate about travelling, reading, walking and food!
